Lisa Young served 28 years as a law enforcement professional in several jurisdictions ultimately retiring as a Police Lieutenant for the City of Bellevue, Washington, before transitioning to a civilian Security Professional career in the private sector. She is known for creating and leading high-functioning organizations through a participative and inclusive leadership style and focuses on mentoring and motivating team partners while leveraging each individual’s strengths. It is her diverse tactical and organizational experience coupled with elite intangible skills that makes her a highly sought after mentor by many law enforcement professionals in the Pacific Northwest. Lisa also serves as the ASIS Law Enforcement liaison and the Women In Security liaison for the northwestern United States.
