Title: A Survivor's Story: The Nashville Christmas Day Bombing

Description:

The Christmas morning 2020 bombing in Nashville, Tennessee left a wake of destruction that made downtown Music City look more like Baghdad. Many of the “knowns” in law enforcement were broken and officers in the field had to react quickly and think “outside the box”, resulting in a significant decrease in human loss. This session will include law enforcement at all levels, including one of the officers who was onsite at the time of the explosion. The officer will give a personal, moment-by-moment recollection of how it was and how it felt to be in the middle of this unusual Christmas morning.
